Justice-Based Strategic Planning
As is required of any well-functioning organization, alternative breaks must take time to create shared visions and develop plans for new leadership or for a new team. During this workshop, participants will capitalized on the organizational structure workshop to tie a short term workplan to the program vision and mission, as well as assign SMARTIE objectives to the appropriate role and place on a timeline.
