Reflection
Reflection is the process by which participants mentally and emotionally synthesize direct service and the learning components. Quality reflection can help participants critically examine their service work and the root causes of the involved social issues. This workshop will use models and working examples to help participants feel more capable of carrying out and training others in strong reflections, which serve as catalysts for deeper understanding and further engagement on social issues. Participants will also be challenged to see the critical tie of reflection to issue education and well-planned direct service.
