Without a justice lens, those working with communities may fall prey to the pitfalls that come with working indiscriminately within systems of power and oppression. This workshop guides community-engaged leaders to an increased personal identity awareness and ownership around social groups, better preparing them to be more thoughtfully engaged personally and professionally post-graduation.
